VSA has been an enormous help to our practice for many years. Their business knowledge and vein-specific experience has served the practice well. Their advice and skillfulness has assisted us in the areas of building leases, marketing, billing & collections, equipment purchases, physician buy-ins and buy-outs, and many personnel issues. Without reservation, we highly recommend VSA.
VSA was instrumental in helping me sell my vein practice to a competitor. Due to the ethics, hard work, and industry knowledge of VSA, we received a very satisfactory offer to sell our practice. Please give every consideration to their vast experience, ethics, and business knowledge. I know you will be happy as I was after working with VSA.
I have been in practice for almost 15 years. I have been involved with David Schmiege and MD Management / VSA from the onset. They assisted me in setting up the systems that allowed our practice to grow. They were there when we needed to diversify. They were there when we decided to leave emergency medicine and establish an office-based vein practice. They were there when we added physicians and when we added physician extenders. They were there when we designed and built a new building. They were there when we opened satellite offices. Each and every month they are there with us reviewing performance, tackling problems and growing together. In all, I consider VSA more than a consulting firm, I consider them a partner and our most trusted advisor. Meeting David Schmiege for a complimentary consultation was the best thing that we ever did. I hope these heartfelt, honest comments about David Schmiege and VSA trusted advisor.
Since involving VSA in the day-to-day oversight of our practice and the ongoing training of our staff, our vein practice has grown substantially. We have added new physicians, opened additional satellite offices, and significantly increased the number of referring physicians. In spite of this, overall administrative duties as physicians have decreased. While we are still involved in all the major decisions that affect the practice, we no longer have to micromanage the details. Our revenue has increased, the pleasure of practicing medicine has returned, and we leave the office earlier to spend more time with our families.
VSA has been with us since we began our vein practice, almost six years ago. In our six years of practice, we have added two physicians and a P.A., have opened a second office location, and developed one the most successful vein and cosmetic practices in our service area. Our patient satisfaction scores are top 5% and our personal income has increased by $100k. VSA is always there to assist with any problem or market change, and I have always felt our consultant has the same level of commitment to the success of our practice as do our physician-owners. We couldn’t be happier.
